As a national high-tech enterprise, Eastcompeace Smart Card Co., Ltd. (Eastcompeace, for short) is attaching great importance to development of new products, product quality and after-sales service as well as the advancement and development of technologies. Having been adhering to the quality policy of "Make efforts to optimize resource management and give full play to the talents of the staff, constantly improve the quality of products to meet the market demands", Eastcompeace introduced first-class production equipment and testing instruments of IC cards, contactless cards and scratch cards, and adopted most advanced card production technologies to manufacture high-quality products which comply with ISO7810, ISO7816, GSM11.11 and ISO/IEC 10536 (IDT GB/T 17553) standards. It is making efforts to provide top-grade products and technologies and considerate service to customers.In order to ensure the interests of customers, Eastcompeace carried out optimization in the aspects of organizational structure, human resources, appraisal of contracts, design control, purchasing and testing of raw materials, production control and process testing, maintenance of production equipment, calibration and maintenance of testing instruments and inspection of finished products, and established strict quality management system in accordance with ISO9001:2000 standards. It constantly improved the quality management system, and passed the on-site assessment of French International Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (BVQI) on Nov. 5-6, 2001 and obtained the certificate issued by BVQI.
With the implementation of the Quality Management System, Eastcompeace will try its best to satisfy the customers' needs and ensure their interests in order to win the trust of customers and seek for healthy development.

Description:1. Following the tenet of people-oriented, Eastcompeace conducted strict selection, training and assessment of its employees at various levels, and adopted the last-out system. Each year it conducts training as scheduled to improve the skills and quality of employees and ensure efficient working of the staff. 2. After receiving the orders from customers, Eastcompeace immediately organized the departments concerned to conduct assessment in the aspects of product design, production expertise, material guarantee, inspection method and delivery term in order to satisfy the needs of customers. 3. Eastcompeace imposed strict input, output, assessment, modification and validation on product design and production expertise, ensuring the technologies and quality of the products will satisfy the customers¡¯ requirements. 4. Eastcompeace purchased raw materials according to design requirements, and established strict supplier appraisal system to appraise the quality of products, service, delivery, etc. The best suppliers were selected to ensure the quality of raw materials. 5. Eastcompeace has advanced production equipment and testing instruments, and periodically conducts maintenance and calibration to maintain their accuracy, reliability and stability and ensure the processing of products complies with the requirements of design and quality. Following the strategy of excellent products, it provides high-quality products to the customers. 6. Eastcompeace established an efficient system to conduct whole inspection, quality inspection or sample inspection on incoming materials, process and final check. It adopted the quality veto system, i.e. once incompliance is found out, the related raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products shall be separated immediately; and the Company shall investigate the causes, raise solutions and follow up the results. Regular production can be resumed only when the problem is completely solved.
